Fly Away

I have always wanted to introduce this very talented singer-songwriter from Singapore but I have always missed it. Since I have found the MTV of my favourite song of hers on YouTube, I have no more excuse to delay it.

I came to know Corrinne May through this song in a compilation CD and had been hunting for her complete album since. I finally found her debut album with this particular song three years ago in Singapore.

In my humble opinion, this song has a very relaxing melody yet the lyrics are so touching, albeit a bit saddening towards the end. This song really touches my heart. I hope it touches yours too.
