Some time around two weeks ago, one of my friends introduced me to another good kolo mee place in Kuching. I have heard of this place from my sister for quite some time but I had never been there until my friend suggested this place for our dinner after long hours for photo-shooting session around Kuching.
The bowl that I had was a special edition of Ah Ping (亞萍) at Siang Siang Corner of Tabuan Jaya. It was really one of the best kolo mee that I have had! The noodles were cooked slightly more than al dente and the seasoning was just right. If you are looking for good kolo mee around Kuching, you must give it a try.
