The Yamashita Rinkosen Promenade is a very long waterfront promenade connecting Yamashita Park and Minato Mirai 21.
This retired sea liner Hikawa Maru which is anchored permanently in front of Yamashita Park used to serve the Yokohama-Vancouver/Seattle route in the 1930 to 1960.

Locals and tourists alike will enjoy the wonderful sea breeze on these benches in the late afternoon and evening.
When the sun has set, the waterfront promenade offers a spectacular view of the Minato Mirai 21 District.
When all the buildings have turned on the lights at Minato Mirai 21 District later in the evening, the view is even more spectacular!
