Waimanalo Bay has several beaches hidden by a wide forest of ironwoods. I wasn't sure I was visiting a beach park while walking through the ironwood forest for about 100 metres if our tour guide didn't tell us beforehand. It is a great place for photography when the morning sun casts long shadows of the trees on the fine sand beach.
